Malibu Barron (she/her) is a Deaf Multiracial Woman, mother of three Deaf children, and a third-year doctoral student at Texas State University, studying Community and Educational Leadership. As a strategist, she focuses on fostering healthy dialogues and providing facilitation support with specific frameworks. As a past practicing therapist, Malibu believes that conflicts are a necessary part of growth through becoming comfortable with discomfort. She brings a calming presence to help hold multiple perspectives and create authentic, meaningful change in schools, communities, and organizations.
